What we collect
Nothing that identifies you. PeakProps has no accounts, no sign-up, and no forms. You can read every page on this site without giving us any information about yourself.
What our host can see
The site is delivered by Cloudflare. To serve pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes standard request data — including your IP address, approximate location, the time of the request, and your browser type — in its server logs. This is ordinary infrastructure logging, common to nearly every website, and it is used only to keep the site running and secure.
Analytics
We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not follow you to other websites. It tells us roughly how many people viewed a page — never anything that identifies an individual.
Cookies and local storage
PeakProps sets no tracking cookies. The site stores a single value in your browser — your light- or dark-theme preference — so it can be remembered on your next visit. That value stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.
Third-party content
Fonts, styles, and images are served directly from PeakProps. The site embeds no third-party advertising scripts, social widgets, or trackers.
Your rights
Because PeakProps holds no personal information, there is nothing for us to retrieve, correct, or delete on request. If you live somewhere with data-protection rights — such as the EU under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA — those rights still apply; there is simply no personal data here for them to reach.
If this ever changes
If PeakProps later adds something that does collect information — a newsletter, a contact form, an account — this policy will be updated, and your consent requested, before that feature goes live.
